All sales are processed through Sotto Voce Music; the official distributor of Gemma Turvey and The New Palm Court Orchestra’s music. Sotto Voce Music is a registered trading name of Gejetu Pty Ltd, a registered Australian company. All items sold on this website are in Australian ($A) dollars.

Refund/Return Policy

There is a no refunds and no returns policy on all CDs ordered online from www.npco.com.au.

Postage times

For standard postage within Australia please allow 3-5 working days. For express postage within Australia please allow for overnight delivery unless the delivery address is outside the ‘next-day delivery’ zone. (See www.auspost.com.au or phone 13 13 18 for further information). For all international orders please allow 10 -14 days for delivery unless otherwise advised. We may request that you kindly wait up to an additional 7 days before we re-send your order.

Processing times

Online CD orders are processed between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday –Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 5 days for processing within this time, unless otherwise specified. In the event of a delay to the processing of your order, Sotto Voce Music will contact you to notify you of the delay.
Cancellation Policy

A customer wishing to cancel their online CD order must contact Sotto Voce Music either by emailing info@npco.com.au or telephoning 03 9939 1486 or internationally on +61 3 9939 1486 within 24 hours of the transaction taking place.

Unauthorised copying, hiring, renting, public performance and broadcasting of music purchased from www.npco.com.au is prohibited.
